Bin Rangers provides residential bin collection services, including but not limited to:

Curb-to-door bin retrieval and return
Scheduled bin collection reminders
Photo confirmation of completed services
NDIS-compliant support services

3. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be responsible for all activities under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services.

4. Service Area and Eligibility

Our Services are currently available in select areas of Geelong, Victoria, and surrounding regions. We reserve the right to refuse service to any address outside our designated service areas.

5. Service Scheduling and Access

By using our Services, you agree to:

Provide accurate bin collection schedules for your address
Ensure bins are accessible at the agreed-upon location
Notify us of any access restrictions or special instructions
Secure pets and ensure safe access to your property

6. Payment Terms

Fees for our Services are as follows:

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis
Payments are processed automatically via our secure payment provider
All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
Failed payments may result in service suspension

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for detailed information about cancelling services and refund eligibility.

8. Service Limitations

We strive to provide reliable service, but circumstances beyond our control may affect service delivery:

Severe weather conditions
Local council collection changes or cancellations
Unsafe property conditions
Vehicle breakdowns or other operational issues

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any service disruptions.

9. Property and Liability

Bin Rangers agrees to:

Exercise reasonable care when accessing your property
Carry appropriate insurance coverage
Promptly address any damage caused by our negligence

You acknowledge that:

Pre-existing damage to bins or property is not our responsibility
We are not liable for council fines or missed collections due to council changes
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided

10. NDIS Participants

For NDIS participants:

Services may be claimed under NDIS funding where appropriate
We can provide invoices and documentation for NDIS claims
Participants remain responsible for service fees pending NDIS reimbursement

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Bin Rangers or our licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services:

For violation of these Terms
For non-payment of fees
For abusive or threatening behavior toward our staff
If providing service becomes impractical or unsafe

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through our website. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
